District E Business Alliance

The District E Business Alliance was established in March 2022 with a resounding mandate to teach and empower new and existing businesses located in the Lower Ninth Ward and New Orleans East to grow. District E Business Alliance offers one-on-one technical assistance to businesses, access to policy and decisions makers, and development and education resources to empower businesses in District E.
