Westbank Heritage Festival

Since 2015, the Westbank Heritage Food & Music Festival has been a free celebration of New Orleans’ “Best Bank.” It brings zydeco, jazz, blues, R&B, rap and gospel to the Alario Center in Westwego, and it uses that stage to give local musicians, vendors and businesses wider exposure. Creative Orleans was brought in to redesign westbankfest.com so the website matches the energy of the festival and serves everyone who depends on it: attendees, artists, vendors and sponsors.

We built the new site around the questions festivalgoers actually ask: who’s playing, when, where to park, and what it costs. The lineup and festival dates sit front and center. Practical details like parking, VIP access and the vendor marketplace are easy to find from any device, and the layout is mobile-first because most visitors check the site on their phones, often from the festival grounds. Bold, vibrant visuals carry the spirit of the Westbank throughout, and the site still loads fast and stays easy to scan.

Behind the scenes, the redesign gives the festival team a site they can manage themselves. Lineup announcements, schedule changes, sponsor recognition and vendor information can all be updated quickly as the festival season builds. The result is a digital home that works year-round and scales for the rush leading up to opening day, helping the festival keep growing its audience and its impact on the community.
